How long do production and delivery take?
Production takes 3–7 business days depending on the product and quantity, and delivery takes 2–5 days across the Kingdom.
Which artwork file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, JPG and ZIP up to 25MB, at 300dpi minimum in CMYK.
How does payment work?
After confirming your order we issue a tax invoice paid by bank transfer, then production starts immediately.
I don't have a design — can you design for me?
Yes — our design team prepares a professional design for a small fee. Reach us on WhatsApp.
Can I track my order status?
Yes — the My Account page shows each order step by step from received to delivered, along with your invoice.
Do you issue tax invoices?
Yes — every order includes an official tax invoice in your company or personal name.
