Terms & Conditions

By using the Hawih Print store and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your order.

Orders & confirmation

  • An order is provisional until we review your artwork and contact you to confirm specifications, quantity and the final price.
  • We reserve the right to decline or amend any order that contains content violating regulations or intellectual-property rights.

Pricing & invoicing

  • Displayed prices are "starting from" and are finalised based on the specifications and quantity you choose.
  • VAT (15%) is added and a compliant tax invoice is issued in line with ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) requirements.

Payment

Payment is by bank transfer after the tax invoice is issued. Production starts once payment is confirmed. Please send the transfer receipt on WhatsApp.

Artwork & customer responsibility

  • The customer is responsible for the accuracy of artwork (colours, text, dimensions, file quality).
  • We recommend sending high-resolution PDF files or images at no less than 300 DPI.
  • We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect files approved by the customer.

Turnaround

Typical turnaround is 3 to 7 business days after artwork approval and payment, and may vary by product and quantity. We notify you of any change.

Intellectual property

The customer confirms they hold the rights to use submitted designs and logos. All rights to the Hawih brand and site content remain owned by Hawih Print.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from delivery delays by shipping carriers.
